Jessica Spier Dubois MS, RD, LDN
Clinical Director
My journey in dietetics started as a culinary school graduate working in the Boston restaurant industry. It's where I first came to understand the dynamic relationships we build with food every day. I became a dietitian to help others craft the kinds of relationships they want with food, across all settings.
No person is an island; our food patterns rarely affect us alone whether picky eaters have you making multiple dinners nightly or new medical diagnoses have you rethinking dining and social patterns. From facilitating meal planning to diminishing dinnertime standoffs, I take a holistic approach to making sure dietary recommendations fit into the larger balance of life. Formerly a Special Care Nursery Dietitian, I’m dedicated to making sure happy, healthy and easy eating becomes a reality for even our youngest diners. It’s never too early or too late to build your best relationship with food.

Some Kind Words
“Jessica is fantastic! She worked with my 7 year old daughter to help her recognize her natural hunger cues so she didn’t get “hangry” and easily explained nutrition concepts that my daughter could understand. Jessica provided lots of suggestions for different snacks to try, gave our family some common language around nutrition and food selection and provided great tips for how to approach snacks and meals. During sessions, I loved how well Jessica listened to my daughter and how quickly she was able to connect with her. I was impressed how she established a relationship, even virtually. I highly recommend Jessica for any pediatric nutritional counseling!”
